Product Categories: Dietary Supplement, Medical Foods, Nutriceuticals or Non Pharma Consumables

Primary Distribution Channel: Products Recommended or Dispensed by Eye Care Professionals or Veterinarians

Business Model: Subscription (preferred) and Wholesale to Retail

Revenue and EBITDA: Minimum of $1,000,000 of Revenue and $250,000 of EBITDA
